The Lobby
Featured in Building Industry Hawai'i Magazine February 2016, the renovated Waikīkī Beach Marriott Resort and Spa Lobby is a wonder to behold. From the custom wood sculpture wall feature to Hawaiian Koa furniture and displays, no expense was spared to give guests the ultimate welcome Aloha.
Kalihi Office Building
A versatile office in Kalihi that features all the requirements of the daily grind and more. This workspace is complete with multiple offices, a large co-working area, a conference room with views of Kalihi all the way to Lanihuli, a spacious garage, and plethora indoor and outdoor storage spaces. This office also features a gym with free weights and various workout equipment, a shower facility, and a full kitchen and dining area for the occasional pauhana.
Kūhiō Beach Grill
Completed in 2016, the New Kūhiō Beach Grill located on the second floor at the Waikīkī Beach Marriott Resort and Spa opened its doors to the delight of malahini and kama'āina alike with intricate mill work, stone floors, a custom bar and full buffet line.
The Wai'alae Build
