Starting August 2017, all new City & County of Honolulu Building Permits will require an Erosion & Sediment Control Plan [ESCP] to be reviewed and approved prior to the issue of a Building Permit.*  

 

Hamasaki Construction LLC has a certified ESCP Coordinator on staff to develop, coordinate, execute and monitor an ESCP for a project's duration, as well as provide the final inspection and close-out for the building permit.
